Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing.
• 4+ years of estate planning attorney experience.
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate planning documents, and probate matters.
• Experience conducting client consultations and managing client relationships.
• WealthCounsel experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead estate planning consultations and guide families toward personalized solutions.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients throughout the planning process.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Manage estate planning matters independently from initial consultation through document execution.
• Explain complex legal concepts clearly and help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure exceptional client service.
• Participate in client events, educational seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
• Help improve firm processes while maintaining high standards of legal accuracy and service.
