Simpson Law Firm, serving clients across Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Elder Law in South Carolina and North Carolina, seeks an Estate Administration Manager for Fort Mill and Charlotte offices. This onsite leadership role optimizes operations, develops staff, and ensures exceptional client service while aligning with firm growth.

You will mentor local and international teams, enforce SOPs, and collaborate with attorneys to meet KPIs, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience managing teams in a legal setting.
• Mentorship and development of paralegals and staff.
• 3+ years in estate administration (NC/SC) or 5+ years elsewhere.
• Expert in developing and refining legal processes/SOPs; manage KPIs.
• Proficient with Trello or similar workflow tools; familiarity with Clio/Lawmatics/Teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead local and international paralegals and legal assistants across offices.
• Identify workflow issues; implement solutions and enforce SOPs.
• Oversee 600 active estate administration files; ensure productivity and quality.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, billable hours, timelines; adjust strategies.
• Provide training and coaching to team members; foster growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with attorneys on timelines, collections, and process compliance.
• Maintain relationships with external referral partners to grow the firm.
• Step in on complex matters and provide coverage when needed.
