Simpson Law Firm is seeking an attorney to join our Estate Planning team in a high-accountability, performance-driven role. You will guide clients from initial meetings to retained engagements, crafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, and collaborating with paralegals to ensure precise planning that aligns with clients' wishes and financial needs.

The position is in-office at Charlotte and Fort Mill, requiring strong people skills, attention to detail, and willingness to lead community

Qualifikationen

• Licensed attorney with licensure in NC and SC (NC a must).
• 5+ years practicing law with initial client meetings and subsequent services.
• Estate planning experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Aufgaben

• Lead and convert consultations into retained clients.
• Craft tailored estate plans including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Collaborate with paralegals to provide detailed estate plans addressing clients’ wishes and finances.
• Work with support staff to deliver excellent client service.
• Represent the firm at networking events and lead seminars/webinars to educate the community.
