Job summary

Check Defense, LLC seeks a Senior Instructor/System Operator (Computer Operator III) to lead technical training and operate advanced weapons simulation systems for the Army EST II program at Joint Base San Antonio, TX.

You will oversee instruction, maintenance, administration, and quality assurance, and serve as the on-site liaison between Government and contractor teams to ensure training delivery, system readiness, scheduling, and mission success. Position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Operate, instruct, maintain, administer, and perform quality assurance of advanced weapons simulation systems used to train IET, AIT, Active Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard personnel.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Government and contractor workforce to ensure effective training delivery, system readiness, scheduling, and mission accomplishment.
