Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an ESS Technology Specialist 3 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

The role requires deep experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security, supporting intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems. Strong documentation skills and the ability to travel up to 50% are essential. Applicants must have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and testing electronic security systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and SOWs.
• Familiarity with DISA STIGs and ACAS vulnerability scanning.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and support project teams.
• Configure Windows Server including AD and GPOs; manage servers and roles.
• Maintain and document system configurations, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Provide training and post-deployment support at client sites.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 50%.
