Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• 8+ years of experience with installation, troubleshooting and testing of electronic security systems.
• Associate's degree or higher in a related field; or equivalent military/industry experience.
• System administration experience including triage, problem resolution, and workstation deployment.
• Vendor certifications for electronic security preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Support system administration and engineering teams to troubleshoot systems.
• Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors and admins.
• Train system users and support personnel.
• Prepare detailed documentation of system performance and service requests.
