• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics required; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 1–2 years as an Associate or similar role; 5–7 years of valuation experience.
• Strong understanding of valuation theory and corporate finance; ability to explain numbers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support to VPs, Directors, and MDs on valuation and advisory projects.
• Oversee valuation engagements and mentor analysts and interns.
• Conduct valuation modeling, analysis, and research; prepare client deliverables.
