Job summary

CPS is seeking an ESMS Functional Area Expert to provide engineering and support services for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command. The role emphasizes on-site training, system integration, and lifecycle support of the Army Enterprise Service Management System (ESMS) and related BMC Remedy capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ITSM, possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and must maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Responsibilities include assessing ITSM architecture and engineering support across various deployment environments.

Qualifications

• Current Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• IT Level II requiring a NACLA Background Investigation.
• IAT II certified as per DOD standards.
• Ability to obtain Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator (MCSA) within 6 months.
• Seven years working experience in Remedy ITSM version 7.x.

Responsibilities

• Provide system engineering and analysis support for BMC Remedy ITSM.
• Evaluate the Remedy ITSM architecture and recommend changes.
• Ensure documentation of technical studies and training.
• Support the implementation of ESMS across various environments.
• Perform operational engineering tasks across ITSM modules.
