Job summary

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, seeks an Environmental, Safety & Health Manager to lead and oversee training, programs, and processes ensuring environmental protection and workforce productivity on defense and IC missions across VA and MD.

Responsibilities include directing ESH activities for large projects, coordinating risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management, Environmental Sciences or related field.
• 10 years of work-related experience or 14 years if non-degreed.
• Professional Certification in Industrial Hygiene, Safety or Environmental Sciences (CIH; CSP; QEP).
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Job-site technical knowledge and regulation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train subordinates on ESH activities for large-scale multi-projects.
• Lead implementation of ESH programs and site-based plans.
• Conduct gap analyses between company practices, client requirements and regulatory needs.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Safety & Health policies.
