Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Escalations Engineer for the Alta Video cloud security portfolio. You will bridge customer-facing support and development teams, driving complex issue resolution and knowledge transfer across disciplines.

You will work with hardware and software engineers, R&D, and the global support network to reproduce, diagnose and resolve challenging problems, while maintaining clear communication and documenting solutions for future reference.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in networking fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues across hardware, software and networks.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Alta Video products and related tech.
• Own escalated support issues to resolution within SLA guidance.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, sales and partners to diagnose problems and reproduce cases.
• Provide knowledge base content and assist documentation efforts.
• Occasionally visit customer sites as needed.
