Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Escalations Engineer for the Alta Video team in the U.S. You’ll bridge our customer-support and研发 groups, tackling complex cloud video security issues with a strong emphasis on collaboration and problem solving.

You will gain deep product knowledge across our Alta Video solutions, work with global teams, and contribute to process improvements while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering or technical support experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-domain problems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on our Alta Video products and related industry solutions.
• Own escalated support issues from start to resolution with SLA adherence.
• Reproduce issues in lab, analyze logs and network traces for fixes.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, and documentation teams to resolve cases.
• Provide guidance and knowledge base content for internal teams.
