Tow Senior Instructor Job Summary For Auto Club Enterprises, this position is a leader in teaching and instruction through facilitating, instructing, and delivering training along with coaching and mentoring employees which promotes employee success in their role. This training leader demonstrates a strategic approach and proactively and responsively provides training solutions which meets business demands; takes initiative evaluating individual employee performance along with training program effectiveness and providing solutions which support employee, team and organizational success. Implements improvements for a better learning experience.
This senior-level instructor position conducts Emergency Road Services (ERS) instructional courses for independent contract station (ICS) service providers and their employees and provides direct coaching and mentoring to instructor staff across Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) markets. This position is also responsible for special assignments and/or projects as directed by management.

The starting pay range for this position is: $35.94 - $47.87. Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
