Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Business Analyst - Non IT III in New York, NY. Hybrid role (onsite 3 days/week) focused on regulatory initiatives and cross-functional delivery across business, technology, and compliance teams.

You will translate complex requirements, manage dependencies, and document processes to ensure compliant, on-time implementation with ERP/billing platforms and regulatory reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product/program management, business systems analysis, or IT delivery roles focused on AR/O2C systems.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP or billing platform (e.g., Oracle ERP/EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday Financials).
• Experience delivering international regulatory reporting requirements (VAT/GST etc.).
• Experience with structured data mapping/regulatory reporting formats (XML/EDI).
• Experience writing business/functional requirements, user stories, and UAT/SIT tests for regulatory/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory/enterprise requirements into clear product/technical asks.
• Coordinate across business, tech, vendor, PMO, tax, compliance, and product stakeholders.
• Own system/process impact assessments for compliant implementation.
• Ensure ownership of dependencies with owners, due dates, evidence, and escalation paths.
• Support scalable, global e-Invoicing playbook not country-specific implementations.
