Job summary

NAVAIR seeks a PROGRAM ANALYST within the Financial Systems Department, GFBO. You will provide enterprise resource planning system support, serve as a liaison to Navy Commands, and coordinate modules across business-process areas to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

You will interpret data requirements, perform extractions and analyses with SAP, SQL, Access, and Excel, and contribute to SOPs, training materials, and user documentation.

Qualifications

• Provide ERP system support for GFBO enterprise resources.
• Serve as a functional liaison to Navy Commands under GFBO purview.
• Lead or coordinate modules or business-process areas; prioritize and integrate work efforts.
• Support Navy audit requirements from an ERP perspective; ensure effective customer service.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and define data requirements; perform data extracts, analyses, and reconciliations using SAP, SQL, Access and Excel.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide technical direction to contractor teams in alignment with contract requirements.
