Job summary

Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior ERP Systems Analyst to ensure ERP aligns with business needs and best practices.

You will drive HCM implementation projects, support production issues, and translate requirements into actionable Oracle-based solutions, coordinating with IT and stakeholders. You will own functional specs for configurations, reports, and integrations, perform fit/gap analyses, and lead tests and training documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; five years in related role.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM projects and guiding stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and tests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ERP meets business needs via best practices and existing functionality.
• Lead HCM implementation projects and support production issues.
• Document requirements and design/test solutions with Oracle teams and IT stakeholders.
• Perform fit/gap analysis of Oracle Cloud functionality and present options.
• Own specs for configurations, reports, integrations, and extensions.
• Validate test scripts and training docs with Functional Business Analysts.
• Ensure changes are fully documented in pre-production environments.
• Provide knowledge transfer to support resources.
