Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP based in the United States. The role centers on Oracle Fusion Cloud across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, leading cross-functional initiatives and translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

Fully remote for eligible US-based professionals, with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or business.
• 5+ years of ERP or functional business applications experience.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise in design, configuration, testing, and ongoing support.
• Functional knowledge in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Ability to translate business requirements into application solutions and document design decisions.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting ERP implementations and ensuring reliable releases.
• Strong communication across technical and business teams.
• Experience in hospital/health system environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.
• Advise partners and ERP team members on configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
• Collaborate with departments and IT to align ERP solutions with objectives and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP functionality, processes, and performance.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and data analysis to define needs and future state.
• Support system planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and testing activities.
• Manage project execution, communicating progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Proactively investigate issues and coordinate with technology teams for reliable change management.
• Provide guidance and training to junior ERP analysts to strengthen team capabilities.
• Develop proficiency across assigned applications and enable cross-training.
