Job summary

Appficiency Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant II to lead a broad client portfolio and own outcomes across engagement profitability and delivery excellence. You’ll mentor Senior Consultant I’s and Strategic Business Consultants while shaping firm-wide delivery standards.

You will act as an executive-level trusted advisor across your client portfolio, drive strategic growth, and participate in scaling the practice with a focus on long-term relationships and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

6–7 years in a professional services or technical consulting role.
Extensive experience leading large SaaS/ERP implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Deep, expert-level mastery of NetSuite across complex scenarios.
Proven track record building and scaling long-term C-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

Own a broad portfolio of client accounts, accountable for engagement quality and profitability.
Lead and manage multiple consultants, overseeing their performance and development.
Serve as executive escalation point for critical engagements across the portfolio.
Set and refine firm-wide project delivery standards for consistent results.
Build and deepen C-level relationships to drive strategic account expansion.
Maintain cross-functional command of NetSuite and adjacent enterprise technologies.
Guide enterprise-wide architecture and technology strategy to align with goals.
Oversee governance of integration architecture across clients.
Drive business development through proposals, pitches, and new accounts.
Represent Appficiency as a senior thought leader and market presence.
Contribute to practice strategy, hiring, resourcing, and growth initiatives.
