Job summary

Appficiency Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant II to lead a broad client portfolio and own outcomes across engagement profitability and delivery excellence. You’ll mentor Senior Consultant I’s and Strategic Business Consultants while shaping firm-wide delivery standards.

You will act as an executive-level trusted advisor across your client portfolio, drive strategic growth, and participate in scaling the practice with a focus on long-term relationships and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years in a professional services or technical consulting role.
• Extensive experience leading large SaaS/ERP implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Deep, expert-level mastery of NetSuite across complex scenarios.
• Proven track record building and scaling long-term C-level client relationships.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant II, you will lead a broader book of business and take ownership of practice-level outcomes — managing multiple Senior Consultant I's and Strategic Business Consultants, driving strategic account growth, and shaping firm-wide delivery standards. You are viewed as an executive-level trusted advisor across your entire client portfolio, directly accountable for engagement profitability, client retention, and team performance. You play a key role in scaling the practice, mentoring future leaders, and representing Appficiency at the highest levels with clients and in the market.

What You'll Do

• Own a broader portfolio of client accounts, directly accountable for engagement quality, profitability, and long-term retention
• Lead and manage multiple Senior Consultant I's and Strategic Business Consultants, overseeing their performance, growth, and development
• Serve as the executive-level escalation point across the portfolio, stepping in on the most critical or at-risk engagements
• Set and continuously refine firm-wide project delivery standards, ensuring consistent, high-quality application across teams
• Build and deepen C-level relationships, driving strategic account expansion and long-term client partnerships
• Maintain expert, cross-functional command of NetSuite and adjacent enterprise technologies to guide complex client decisions
• Guide clients on enterprise-wide architecture and technology strategy, aligning with long-term business goals
• Own governance and strategic oversight of integration architecture across the client portfolio
• Drive business development at scale — leading proposal strategy, executive pitches, and new account acquisition
• Represent Appficiency externally as a senior thought leader, strengthening the firm's market presence and reputation
• Contribute to practice-level strategy, including hiring, resourcing, and organizational growth initiatives

What You'll Bring

• 6-7 years in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role, with proven experience leading senior consultants or teams
• Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-entity, or global SaaS/ERP implementations
• A Bachelor's degree preferably in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Deep, expert-level mastery of the NetSuite platform across complex and varied implementation scenarios
• Demonstrated success building and scaling profitable, long-term C-level client relationships
• Exceptional strategic and business acumen, able to align enterprise objectives with scalable, long-term technology strategy
• Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Superior judgment and decision-making ability under ambiguity, pressure, and competing priorities
• Proven track record managing and developing senior-level consulting talent
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing technologies, enterprise architecture, and industry best practices
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
• Extensive experience with construction ERP systems like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sage 300 Construction, Viewpoint Vista (Trimble), Jonas Premier, Acumatica, and CMiC.
• Deep knowledge of construction ERP modules, including Project Management, Job Costing and Estimation, Financial Management, Procurement and Inventory Management, HR, and Equipment and Asset Management.
