Job summary

Elbit Systems of America, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst focusing on ERP and Manufacturing Systems (MES). You will bridge IT with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Quality to translate business needs into technology solutions supporting shop-floor execution and system integration.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting MES/ERP, and coordinating testing and deployment across functions. Travel up to 25% to manufacturing locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have functional knowledge of ERP and MES in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to document business and system requirements clearly and concisely.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable tech solutions for shop-floor execution.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP manufacturing and Plan-to-Ship processes.
• Serve as the functional IT resource for MES and shop-floor applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering on manufacturing applications.
• Support shop-floor processes including work execution, labor capture, and production reporting.
• Define and support ERP/MES integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and documentation.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive automation and data visibility improvements.
• Support FRACAS, quality, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% to company locations for discovery, testing, and go-live activities.
