Job summary

Jobot is seeking an seasoned Manufacturing ERP & Enterprise Applications Manager to own and optimize the Infor XA ERP environment across Finance, Production, and Supply Chain. You will lead upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, align IT with business goals, and drive data governance and reporting standards.

This role requires 10+ years in IT applications within manufacturing, with strong ERP leadership, governance, and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years progressively responsible IT applications experience including leadership.
• Strong ERP experience, preference for Infor XA/IBM i or similar platforms.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major transformations.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Operations processes.
• Experience with systems integration, data architecture, and governance.
• Experience building application support models and roadmaps.
• Experience managing vendors, SI, and offshore resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Infor XA ERP environment.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize ERP functionality.
• Lead ERP support, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and complex issue resolution.
• Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, security, and compliance with controls.
• Improve user adoption through training, documentation, and support.
• Develop and lead the ERP roadmap including future platform selection/implementation.
• Define and execute enterprise applications strategy aligned with business growth.
• Evaluate portfolio to reduce redundancy and minimize technical debt.
• Drive integration across enterprise systems and deliver KPI-aligned reporting.
• Establish data governance standards for data quality, definitions, and ownership.
• Develop best practices for lifecycle of enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Develop scalable support and ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Ensure readiness for ISO 27001 requirements.
• Create KPIs and SLAs to measure performance and delivery.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and partners.
• Collaborate with IS, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, and executive leadership.
