Magnaflow, based in Oceanside, CA, seeks a Finance Accountant ERP to support and optimize ERP processes in Finance, including AR, AP, GL, and reporting. You will help implement IFS Cloud, ensure data accuracy, and drive user adoption across the finance organization.

Required: BS in IT/engineering/business and 3–6 years in ERP support or manufacturing systems, with strong accounting knowledge and Excel proficiency. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in IT/Engineering/Business admin or related field.
• 3–6 years ERP support or manufacturing systems experience.
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, GL and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and analyzes processes for finance development and support.
• Leads financial process design and aligns with ERP capabilities.
• Coordinates cross-functional touchpoints impacting finance data flows.
• Reviews system problems and proposes solutions for finance modules.
• Configures AR, AP, GL and financial reporting in ERP system.
• Leads testing and user acceptance for finance functionalities.
