Job summary
Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Applications to own the Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing sites. You will lead implementations, provide hands-on configuration, and partner with leaders, end users, software vendors, and consultants to drive operational excellence.
The role requires 7–10 years of ERP experience in manufacturing, plus strong project and vendor-management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience leading ERP implementations from planning to go-live.
- Strong vendor and partner management.
- Proven supervisory experience in IT/ERP teams.
Responsibilities
- Own Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations and post-go-live support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, risks, and communications.
- Configure Global Shop modules for manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, etc.
- Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and data inconsistencies.
- Develop reports and data extracts for decision making.
- Coordinate upgrades and testing with vendors and partners.
- Mentor ERP support staff and establish support standards.
- Support acquisitions and ERP expansion initiatives.
