Job summary

PennEngineering seeks a Senior Operational Business Systems Analyst, ERP, to optimize our JD Edwards platform and collaborate with Global IT and Finance teams. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements across accounting and finance workflows.

The role involves leading JD Edwards projects, training end-users, and ensuring data integrity while aligning with regulatory controls. Travel about 10% may be required; based in Danboro, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards.
• In-depth knowledge of JD Edwards, especially accounting/finance modules.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards configuration and integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to enhance finance processes.
• Drive process improvements, KPIs, and regular business reviews to deliver measurable value.
• Lead JD Edwards projects within budget and timelines; provide weekly progress updates.
• Train and support end-users; promote system adoption and feature utilization.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and user guides.
• Oversee data integrity and standardization within JD Edwards.
