Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the JD Edwards ERP environment in our Doylestown-area operations, partnering with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to improve processes and deliver business-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep JD Edwards experience in financials, strong relationship-building, independent problem-solving, and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP Business Systems Analyst experience with JD Edwards financial apps.
• Deep JD Edwards functional expertise in Accounting and Finance.
• Some technical capabilities: JDE configuration, integrations, tools.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relocation to Danboro, USA.
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance/Accounting to identify needs and define JD Edwards requirements.
• Serve as JDE Finance SME with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, reporting.
• Analyze processes to streamline workflows and improve system utilization.
• Collaborate with tech teams to design and implement JD Edwards solutions.
• Lead JDE projects from planning through delivery.
• Provide training, guidance, and documentation on new functionality.
• Champion data quality, governance, security, and controls.
• Stay updated on JD Edwards enhancements and best practices.
