Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP/Business Systems Analyst experience with JD Edwards financials
• Strong JD Edwards functional expertise in Accounting and Finance
• Some technical capabilities including JDE configuration, integrations, and tools
• Business-minded problem solver who translates requirements into practical solutions
• Project leadership experience managing priorities and timelines
• Collaborative relationship builder with Finance, Leadership, IT, and partners
• Willingness to travel ~10% and be located within reasonable commute or relocate to Danboro, PA
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and stakeholders to identify needs and translate challenges into JD Edwards solutions
• Serve as JDE Finance SME with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and reporting knowledge
• Analyze current processes to streamline workflows and improve system utilization
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement aligned solutions
• Lead JDE-related projects from planning to adoption and milestones
• Provide training, guidance, and documentation for users on new functionality
• Champion data quality, governance, and financial controls
• Stay current with JD Edwards enhancements and best practices
