ALO is seeking a Senior Manager – ERP Finance in Beverly Hills, CA, to lead the design and development of Oracle Fusion-based financial systems. You will work with in-house staff and partners to deliver solutions aligned with business strategy and IT plans.

You will guide a small team, manage cross-functional initiatives across Supply Chain, Inventory, and OMS, and drive ERP lifecycle implementations. Retail experience is a plus; competitive base salary is offered with performance incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with ERP Finance modules including G/L, A/P, P2P, Tax, Bank Integrations, A/R, Sales Audit, Investment Management, Fixed Assets, Consolidations, Cost Center Accounting, and Reporting.
• Development, coding and configuration experience with Oracle systems required.
• Knowledge of various financial systems such as Anaplan, Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, floqast, Trintech, etc.
• Experience in Retail environments is a big plus.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP and Financial systems; 5+ years leading teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead a small team as a Functional/Technical Lead on Financial Systems and contribute to hands-on design and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, WM and OMS.
• Oversee ERP lifecycle implementations using Oracle Fusion with Retail.
• Participate in discovery, architecture and solution design.
• Develop and enhance systems based on business requirements and SDLC processes.
• Follow Agile Development Methodology.
• Coordinate end-user training and provide status updates to management.
• Lead production support and troubleshoot code issues related to SAP and other financial systems.
