Job summary

ALO is seeking a Senior Manager – ERP Finance to lead plan, design and development of ERP Finance systems including Oracle Fusion. You will guide architecture, partner with business teams, and oversee SDLC processes to deliver integrated financial solutions.

The role requires extensive ERP Finance experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering multi‑year Oracle Fusion projects in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive ERP Finance module knowledge across GL, AP, Procure to Pay, Tax, AR, Consolidations and Reporting.
• Development, coding and configuration experience with Oracle systems.
• Exposure to multiple financial systems such as Anaplan, Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, floqast, Trintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team as Functional/Technical Lead on Financial Systems.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, WM and OMS teams.
• Implement Oracle Fusion lifecycle projects with Retail focus.
• Design, develop and enhance systems from business requirements.
• Follow Agile development methodology and deliver viable products.
• Coordinate end-user training and deliver status updates to management.
