ALO in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Manager – ERP Supply Chain to lead plan, design and development of systems including Oracle Fusion for direct purchasing, inventory, retail sales and cross‑functional processes. You will report to the Director, ERP Corporate Systems and guide in‑house staff and partners through SDLC with Agile methods.

You will manage a small team, drive architecture and solution design, coordinate with Inventory Planning, WMS, OMS and Finance, and deliver robust ERP

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience and in depth knowledge of ERP supply chain processes (direct purchasing, inventory, and retail sales).
• Development, coding, and configuration experience with Oracle systems required.
• Experience with Inventory Planning, Warehouse Management, Finance, Sales Audit & AP 3-way match, and omnichannel sales.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead a small team as Functional/Technical Lead on Supply Chain - Direct purchasing, Inventory Management and Retail sales; contribute to hands-on design.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning, WMS, OMS and Finance teams.
• Drive ERP lifecycle implementations using Oracle Fusion with Retail.
• Participate in discovery, architecture, and solution design.
• Deliver solutions through SDLC with Agile methodologies.
