Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Finance Systems to lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance, Procurement, AR/AP, Fixed Assets and more. The role oversees team delivery from Pasadena, CA, San Diego, CA, or Madison, WI, acting as primary IT liaison to Finance and business partners.

You will drive architecture decisions, vendor governance, and Power BI reporting, while ensuring SOX compliance and strong stakeholder alignment with executives.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O experience across Finance modules.
• Proven leadership of a team or workstream and vendor management.
• Experience with Agile release management and Finance integrations.
• Strong communication with Director-level partners and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SOX, 21 CFR Part 11, and related controls.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery across ERP Finance workstreams and ensure quality and change control.
• Lead architecture decisions for new functionality and system integrations.
• Partner with Finance and business functions; translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Oversee vendor governance and cross-functional steering committees.
• Develop Power BI reporting to support Finance operations and decision-making.
