Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, ERP Finance Systems to lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations capabilities across Finance, Procurement, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and more from its Madison, WI site.

The role requires hands‑on D365 F&O expertise and strong leadership to deliver end‑to‑end ERP solutions, vendor governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Finance and business leaders, translate requirements into ERP designs, and oversee architecture decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of hands‑on Dynamics 365 F&O functional experience across Finance modules.
Proven experience leading a team or workstream and developing others.
Experience managing vendor relationships and third‑party integrations end‑to‑end.
Working knowledge of Agile principles and release management practices.
Experience with Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Familiarity with EDI and related treasury/automation suites.
Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to drive alignment with senior partners independently.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end delivery across ERP Finance workstreams with quality and release control.
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency in ERP Finance.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources across concurrent workstreams.
