Job summary

New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and support global D365 SCM/Finance applications. You will drive feature development across the lifecycle, design solutions, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver scalable software.*

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience, strong object-oriented development skills, and familiarity with Power Platform. This role is based in Boston, MA with a North American hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of development experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related technologies.
• Experience developing in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Strong software engineering skills across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases and debug client and service side applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complete features across the full software lifecycle.
• Translate feature requirements into design specifications and implement high-quality code.
• Collaborate across disciplines to shape owned features and integrate components.
• Debug and investigate live-site issues to ensure availability of SCM/P2P solutions.
• Foster agile, customer-focused teamwork and invest in infrastructure.
