Job summary

GFT in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Deltek Vantagepoint configurations, governance, and process optimization across ERP domains. You will partner with Finance, Project Management, HR, Marketing, and Operations to design scalable solutions and ensure data integrity.

The role requires 5+ years with enterprise applications, 3+ years with Deltek Vantagepoint, and strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years in enterprise business applications.
• 5+ years of experience supporting, analyzing, designing, or implementing enterprise business applications.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint configuration, administration, reporting, and process optimization.
• Experience with Vantagepoint project accounting, resource planning, CRM, and organizational structures.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical designs.
• Experience analyzing and supporting system integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise analysis for Deltek Vantagepoint implementations and upgrades.
• Own review and impact assessment of organizational changes and data governance decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Project Management, HR, Marketing, and Operations to design effective system solutions.
• Translate business requirements into Vantagepoint configurations, workflows, and reports.
• Analyze impact of org structure changes and master data updates for data integrity.
• Lead evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of system enhancements and change requests.
• Support integrations between Vantagepoint and HRIS, Power BI, and data platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution for complex problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to align with enterprise standards.
• Define and oversee system testing activities including UAT.
