Job summary

Troon’s Corporate office is seeking a Senior System Business Analyst to lead the administration, configuration, and integration of CINC and D365 Finance & Accounting. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to gather requirements, optimize system performance, and ensure successful adoption across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or related field.
• CINC System Experience: 2+ Years, or related Community Association Management Software.
• Accounting System Experience: 5+ Years in finance-focused roles.
• Full lifecycle project experience from scoping to go-live and support.
• Deep understanding of core financial processes: P2P, O2C, month-end close.
• Strong workflow configuration and security setup skills.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Troon Systems, including configuration, user management, permissions, and system settings.
• Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions within CINC & D365 environments.
• Configure and maintain integrations between CINC/D365 and Point of Sale systems.
• Troubleshoot bugs and provide solution recommendations across AR/AP/GL modules.
• Assist with regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure performance and security.
• Develop and own robust QA and regression testing suites.
• Provide training materials and sessions to educate users on system functionality.
