Job summary

Troon is seeking a skilled Microsoft D365 Platform Developer to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on CRM/Customer Engagement customization and integrations, with strong emphasis on architecture and environment management.

You will design, develop, and optimize D365 CE solutions to meet business needs and ensure high-quality delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and contribute to SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and architecture with integrated D365 F&O environment.
• 3+ years of D365 Platform environment management.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations using Dataverse and third-party connectors.
• Proven software development experience on the D365 CE platform (Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure DevOps).
• MB-400 or related Microsoft certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions for Dynamics 365 CE with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Oversee and review internal and external development to ensure high-quality delivery per design specs.
• Manage code deployments and environment upgrades across the D365 platform (CRM/F&O/Integrations).
• Design, develop, and implement D365 customizations and extensions using Power Platform tools and Azure DevOps.
• Create and maintain integrations between D365 and other systems via APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical feasibility assessments and document data models, ER diagrams, and system architecture.
