Job summary

Troon is seeking a skilled Microsoft D365 Platform Developer to join our team in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on CRM/Customer Engagement (CE), integrations, and environment management, with hands-on development to customize and extend D365 solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing D365 CE, Power Platform tools, and Azure DevOps to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and architecture experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O environment integration is preferred.
• Proven track record of customizations, extensions, and integrations on the D365 CE platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions for Dynamics 365 CE with scalable, secure, and performant design.
• Oversee environment management and code deployments across D365 platforms.
• Design, develop, and customize CE forms, views, workflows, and reports.
• Create and maintain integrations between D365 and external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
