What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with IT to coordinate system change requests and conduct user testing post-implementation
- Provide help desk support, investigating and resolving operational issues related to ERP and HRIS systems
- Create and oversee test case scenarios to ensure business applications meet all requirements
- Design cross-functional business processes and recommend improvements to support business activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through work sessions and interviews, documenting them for relevant parties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an HRIS support role with implementation responsibilities
- Certification in and/or knowledge of major business flows of an integrated ERP system
- Proficiency in ERP system configurations, support, and user training
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines while managing multiple customer service demands
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a front-end HR customer service role
- Familiarity with change management and financial management principles within ERP systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications and presentations
- Proven ability to analyze and solve a variety of problems effectively
- Experience working with confidential information while ensuring compliance with laws
