Leupold seeks a Senior ERP Business Analyst for Manufacturing & Planning to own ERP initiatives and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will guide SDLC activities, define functional specs, and collaborate with engineering, planning, and cost accounting teams to deliver ERP enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years SDLC experience, 5+ years ERP in manufacturing, and strong Oracle EBS knowledge with Power BI reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Business Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years SDLC experience with full lifecycle IT projects, including waterfall and agile.
• 5+ years ERP experience in discrete manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of BOMs, routers, PIM, and constraint-based planning.
• Experience with ERP data, SQL/PLSQL in EBS, and Power BI reporting.
• Vendor service request management and production support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT projects through full SDLC lifecycle in a manufacturing setting.
• Elicit requirements from engineers, manufacturing, planning and procurement teams.
• Document requirements, process flows, and testing plans for delivery to Dev.
• Enable data-driven decisions via Oracle EBS data model and SQL.
• Design and implement Oracle EBS solutions using SQL/PLSQL and BI tools.
