Job summary

PJM Interconnection in the United States seeks a Senior ERM professional to lead efforts to identify, measure, and monitor enterprise risk across transactions and infrastructure. You will serve as SME to promote risk awareness and manage the Insurance Program for PJM with the aim of integrating risk management throughout the organization.

The role requires collaborating with management, developing KRIs, and delivering ERM reporting to the executive team and board committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent with ERM experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within risk management.
• Experience in energy and/or utility environments and knowledge of global Insurance Markets.
• Knowledge of AML, anti-corruption, FCPA and OFAC practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Risk Officer in measuring evolving risk and moderation strategies.
• Develop educational resources on the ERM framework and KRIs.
• Collaborate with risk owners to quantify KRIs and risk parameters.
• Report current risk levels and document management recommendations.
• Develop measurement components of the ERM framework and dashboards.
• Lead PJM Insurance Program and coordinate with finance and executive teams.
• Prepare quarterly ERMC reports and ad hoc board materials.
