Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and governance of the ERM framework across CM Group.
• Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor enterprise risks and KRIs.
• Develop risk appetite clarifications, tolerances, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee Business Continuity and risk training programs.
• Staffing, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Represent CM with regulators, auditors, and external partners.
