Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in highly regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or relevant, equivalent experience; industry-recognized compliance certifications preferred (e.g., CAMS, CRCM).

Responsibilities

• Owns and oversees the design and operation of the Compliance Management Program for assigned entities.
• Leads and mentors the Compliance Team, setting standards and providing development opportunities.
• Partners with Legal, Operations, Finance and first-line functions to drive compliant outcomes.
• Translates regulatory topics for senior management and the Board; reports on compliance activities.
• Participates in regulator discussions and examinations; ensures policy adherence and ethical conduct.
