Galaxy Digital Inc. seeks a Grid Interconnection Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and management of connecting data centers to the ERCOT grid.

You will own the full lifecycle from feasibility to energization and act as the technical and commercial interface with ERCOT, regulators, and TSPs. Preferably a licensed engineer with 7+ years in transmission planning or interconnection, you will oversee studies, risk input, and regulatory strategy while coordinating cross‑functional teams and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive electrical engineering, transmission planning, interconnection, or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple interconnections across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Grid Interconnection – Own the end-to-end interconnection process for Galaxy's large loads on the ERCOT grid.
• Manage transmission and interconnection studies and external engineering consultants.
• Serve as Galaxy's interface with ERCOT and transmission service providers; manage RFIs and milestones.
• Lead negotiation and execution of interconnection agreements and related security.
• Navigate ERCOT pathways and position projects for priority.
• Provide input to site selection, development, and M&A regarding interconnection feasibility and risk.
• Oversee power assets behind interconnections including substations and UPS.
