Children’s National Hospital seeks a Lead ER/LR Specialist to act as a senior advisor and program lead for employment and labor relations. You will oversee the most complex investigations, guide labor-relations strategy, and develop enterprise-wide policies and tooling.

The role partners with Legal, HR leadership, and union stakeholders, driving improvements in culture and risk mitigation in a hospital setting. Extensive data analytics support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required (or significant work-experience substitution).
• JD preferred for higher oversight in legal aspects of ER/LR work.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-level employee investigations.
• Oversee labor-relations processes and agreements.
• Develop ER/LR programs, toolkits, policies, and workflows.
• Mentor ER/LR Specialists and ensure case quality.
