Qualifications

• 7+ years of institutional equity trading experience.
• Strong understanding of equity market structure and liquidity dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage trading activity with objective to client needs and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute institutional equity orders across diverse strategies while meeting client instructions and best execution standards.
• Determine execution approach, broker strategy, and venue based on market conditions and risk.
• Coordinate with clients, sales, and internal teams to ensure clear trade flow and compliant processes.
• Monitor trading performance, identify risks, and escalate issues promptly with sound judgment.
• Maintain compliance with firm policies, entitlements, and regulatory requirements.
• Document decisions, rationale, and outcomes for audit and regulatory reviews.
• Leverage transaction cost analysis to improve execution quality and broker/venue performance.
• Contribute to improvements in trading workflows and platforms.
