The role requires a strong grasp of market structure, execution venues, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on disciplined risk management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years of institutional equity trading, sales trading, or related market experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 57, and 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Execute institutional equity orders across market conditions.
• Determine execution strategies, broker selection, and algorithm usage.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and trading desks to ensure smooth trade flow.
• Monitor execution quality and elevate risks or issues as needed.
• Maintain compliance with trading limits and regulatory requirements.
