Qualifications

• 7+ years of institutional equity trading experience.
• Strong understanding of equity market structure, liquidity dynamics, execution venues, algorithmic trading strategies, and best execution requirements.
• Proven ability to manage significant trading activity balancing client objectives, execution quality, risk & operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute institutional equity orders across single-stock, portfolio, block, and index-related transactions.
• Determine execution approach, broker strategy, algorithm selection and venue strategy based on market conditions and risk.
• Partner with external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless trade flow and accurate communication.
