Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant investment professional experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA designation.
• Alternative requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline plus a minimum of 15 years of investment experience.
• Knowledge: Expert understanding of an investment research process and Industrials sector prominence.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Mindset: Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continual learning.
• Technical: Advanced modeling/valuation (DCF, comps, multiples); proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Python, Bloomberg, FactSet.

Responsibilities

• Lead research coverage across the sector and deliver differentiated, actionable insights.
• Provide buy/sell recommendations supported by rigorous analysis.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices across the team.
• Lead presentations and strategic discussions with portfolio managers and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to enhance research resilience and scalability.
