COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Institutional Investments team and help manage over $20 billion across insurance company and pension portfolios. You will lead fundamental equity research, security selection, portfolio construction, and develop investment theses.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred. MBA preferred.
• CFA designation.
• Financials or Information Technology sector equity research experience is a plus.
• Economic research experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Open-minded thought process and sense of curiosity. Willingness to challenge others and participate in healthy debates.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience utilizing Generative AI to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience with FactSet or Moxy is a plus.
