COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Institutional Investments team, overseeing over $20 billion in insurance and pension portfolios. You will conduct rigorous equity research, build portfolios, and develop investment theses while communicating insights to committees and leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive institutional equity experience, a CFA designation, and strong modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant investment experience or equivalent mix of education and training.
• CFA designation; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundamental equity research and security selection for portfolios.
• Develop investment theses, assess valuation and risks, monitor holdings.
• Contribute to investment process improvements and committee discussions.
• Collaborate across Investments and other areas to support portfolio objectives.
