Job summary

Northwest Bancshares seeks an experienced professional to support design, administration, compliance, and governance of equity and executive compensation programs. You will administer RSUs, PSUs, RSAs, and stock options, maintain data integrity, and prepare materials for the Compensation Committee.

You will work with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communications to the organization and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5–6 years in equity or executive compensation or related field.
• Experience with U.S. equity compensation regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs, RSAs, and stock options.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials, exhibits, and decks.
• Support equity plan governance, disclosures, and data analytics.
• Ensure SOX controls, governance, and documentation are maintained.
