Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Equity Plan Services to define and deliver industry-leading solutions that support corporate clients' equity-based compensation reporting.

You will own the product authority for ASC 718, translating regulatory requirements into capabilities and partnering with engineering, QA, operations, and client services to drive compliance, accuracy, and client growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management in financial services or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with equity compensation accounting systems or related financial reporting platforms.
• Experience delivering product features end-to-end in partnership with engineering teams.
• Experience working directly with clients and supporting product-driven business growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate ASC 718 and related accounting standards into scalable product functionality.
• Understand system calculations for equity-based accounting (Expense, Deferred Tax, EPS Dilution, Disclosures, ESPP).
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, and client service to ensure product success.
• Lead backlog prioritization and definition of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
